Hostomy Webhosting Solutions provides web hosting Services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best Services available. All clients of Hostomy Webhosting Solutions are subject to accept the following terms of Service:
You agree to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for. Invoices are generated 10 days before the renew date of the Services. Hostomy provides 5 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 5 days grace period Hostomy will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. Hostomy will notify you upon Invoice generation via SMS and E-mail.
We accept payments via CCAvenue and Instamojo payment gateway for Indian clients while we have PayPal for clients outside India. We do not accept payments from paypal accounts which are not verified.
2.1 Order Verification - If our system detects issue with your payment, we will contact you with steps and details to complete the verification process.
2.2 Domain activation – Hostomy provides instant activation / registration for every domain purchased. We do not provide premium domains, if any domain which shows available and is premium will not be registered.
2.3 Shared and Reseller hosting activation – Hostomy provides instant account activation for our shared and reseller hosting plans.
2.4 VPS activation – The activation of the VPS servers is within 6 hours.
2.5 WHMCS license activation – The activation of the WHMCS License is within 6 hours.
Every account may take more time to be activated if it fails the initial verification. If this happens, we will contact with more details to complete the verification.
Cancellation requests need to be placed from your client area by clicking on My services, then on Manage and then on the Request cancellation button. Hostomy will not аccept cancellation requests via email and you will be billed again for the Services until a legitimate cancellation request is placed.
3.1 No cancellation or refund for domains, WHMCS license and other addons.
If your domain was registered with Hostomy and has expired, but you wish to recover the domain, Hostomy may be able to recover the domain if it is still within the redemption period. To recover a domain name that has expired but which is still within the redemption period, the customer has to pay a redemption fee. Please note that this domain redemption fee does not include the registration price of the domain that will still need to be paid to register the domain for the next year.
Our refund policy refers to the new clients only. Existing clients will not receive refund for the new orders. We would be happy to provide you with a full refund within your first 14 days of purchase for our shared hosting plans and 7 days for reseller hosting plans with at-least 1 year purchase period, If the delivered service is not as described on our order pages.
4.1 There is no refund for: VPS servers, Domain registration/renewal or transfer, WHMCS license and other addons. We will not refund your money If your server IP address is banned for spamming. You will not receive a refund under any circumstances.
5.1 Shared and Reseller hosting - Accounts that are 30 days past due will be automatically deleted from our servers.
5.2 VPS and Dedicated servers – If you have no backup for your VPS or dedicated server, we will not be able to provide you a backup by any circumstances.
6.1 Hostomy keeps weekly backups for Shared hosting and Reseller hosting plans. Your use of our backups is at your sole risk. We do not charge to restore / give backup. Hostomy is not responsible for the data residing on your account.
6.2 Hostomy does not provide backups for the VPS & Dedicated servers.
The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc.
If your account gets suspended three times due to any of the above scripts, we will be forced to terminate your account without refund.
8.1 Shared hosting – We monitor our shared servers 24/7 365 days a year.
8.2 VPS and Dedicated servers - We provide monitoring for the dedicated servers which can be ordered as addon with your dedicated servers and additional fee will be applied. If we detect anyissues we will open a ticket with detailed explanation of the problem.
9.1 We provide free migration for the accounts which use cPanel. If something is wrong with the account after the move and it wasn’t moved correctly it is your responsibility to fix it. If you don’t provide root access to the remote server from which we have to transfer your accounts, we can transfer for free up to 25 accounts per service. For every other account over 25, we will charge you for Rs.20 INR.
10.1 We provide additional IP addresses for our VPS and Dedicated servers. Hostomy provides dedicated IP for shared hosting. We can provide up to 10 IP addresses per VPS/Dedicated server, Shared/Reseller hosting and we may require additional information for what the IP addresses will be used.
10.2 Additional IP address used to send spam will be suspended immediately.
Hostomy provides 99.99% uptime (The required updates and the hardware maintenance are not counted as downtime. We will inform you before every update or maintenance of our services)
Hostomy may without advance notice change this Agreement from time to time, and will do so by posting the new Agreement on the Hostomy web site in place of the old. Customer agrees to visit the terms of service regularly for updates.Back to Home
